Career Aptitude & Discovery
Compass helps people discover strengths, understand how they work best, and explore education and career directions worth investigating. It brings together interests, performance-based reasoning challenges, work style, future-life priorities, and an optional outside perspective from someone who knows you.

Students
Compass helps students discover strengths, interests, and possible education and career paths — and keeps track of what they learn about themselves over time.
How Compass works
Each part contributes something the others can't. Together they make a picture that's harder to argue with than any single quiz.
Part 1
Interests & work style
What pulls your attention, and how you actually like to work — alone or with others, in structure or in the open.
Part 2
Performance-based reasoning
Short challenges across words, numbers, patterns, space, and troubleshooting. Performance, not self-rating.
Part 3
Lifestyle, education & priorities
The life you want the work to fit into: schooling, schedule, place, income, and how much risk feels okay.
Part 4
Your report, plus optional outside perspective
Everything read together — including an optional perspective from an adult who has watched you work.
What you get
Your Compass report reads five kinds of evidence together and tells you where they agree — and where they don't.
Interest fit. What consistently pulls your attention, separated from what you're merely used to.
Demonstrated reasoning. Evidence from challenges you actually completed, not a self-rating of how clever you feel.
Work style. The conditions you function well in: autonomy, structure, pace, collaboration.
Lifestyle & future priorities. Schooling tolerance, schedule, place, income floor, and stability — the life the work has to fit.
Optional observer evidence. What an adult who knows you has actually watched you do. It adds context; it never overwrites your answers.

Labels, never percentiles. Compass reports Very Strong, Strong, Moderate, or Emerging — and tells you how much evidence sits behind each one. It does not report population norms.
Accessibility, privacy & honesty
Compass is a career-exploration and educational-planning tool. We'd rather say less and be accurate.
Dark mode, high contrast, larger text, comfortable line spacing, reduced motion, and a distraction-reduced mode — built in, not an add-on.
Sensitive learning and access records are stored apart from results and never influence scoring.
Compass is not a psychological diagnosis, an IQ test, or an employment-selection assessment.
