Terms

A short summary while Compass is in active development. Full terms will replace this before public launch.

What Compass is for

Compass supports career exploration and educational planning. Results describe directions worth exploring and strengths worth testing — never a verdict about who someone is or what they must become.

Account use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the profiles you create and for keeping your sign-in details private. Accounts for students under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

During development

Compass is evolving. Features, question sets, and report content may change, and sample content shown today may be replaced.

Compass is a career-exploration and educational-planning tool. It is not a psychological diagnosis, an IQ test, or an employment-selection assessment, and it does not report population norms or percentiles.
